SummaryThis project proposal contains multidisciplinary researches for the projection of the innovational technologies and the financial systems management from the emerging markets using the method of structural and advanced functional synthesis (SSFA). The functional analysis starts with the financial systems projection where the financial functions are exogenous factors, and the institutional structures peculiar to the systems are endogenous factors determined by the characteristics of the actual dynamism from the contemporary day globalist society. The institutional structure term includes financial institutions, financial markets, products, services, functional organization and support infrastructure, rules and accounting system. The financial functions refer to the private, governmental and economy sector. The proposed arrangement can be applied both as a descriptive theory for the prediction of the Romanian financial systems projection structure, and as the exploration of the way in which these systems should be projected in the context of E.U. integration. The structural and functional advanced structure (SSFA) is an innovating method based on three functional elements: the neoclassic theory, the new institutional economy and the financial theory of long term approach. The project proposes the achievement of theoretic and applicative researches with the help of SSFA, important for Romania because of the impact on the economic increase, on the work places and on the competitiveness in the context of the European integration. These are useful, in the process of investment management and optimization of active and complex portfolios management, having impact on the researches in the field. The integrated arrangement of innovating technologies and the financial systems management with the help of SSFA reveals that in the absence of a financial system which should give the transforming means of the technical innovation in a sufficiently extended reinforcement, the technical progress will not have a significant, substantial impact on the economic increase and development. Thus, Romania, in the context of European integration must reorganize his financial systems and consider not only the monetary and fiscal short-term politics, and the impact of these politics on the process of economization and capital formation at macroeconomic level, but also the way in which the changes at the financial institutions level will influence the prospects of economic development on long-term. The substantial modifications and adaptations at the level of institutional implementations are absolutely necessary in Romania, because there are historic, cultural, politic and legislative differences, and the opportunities of Romania, as a country in the process of the financial systems reorganization, of using the best methods of existing systems by incorporating the latest financial technologies must be done in an arranged and correct way. The project proposal comes to complete the real necessity of knowledge in this domain; as more as the research necessity in this domain comes to cover a space that almost does not exist in the specialty literature in our country. We consider that the research that is about to be undertaken fits in the European priorities and it is possible a future collaboration with external partners. |
